Teos tutkii valoa ja varjoa antaen varjoista nousevan liikkeen ja tiedon johdattaa. Varjo-opas suunnitellaan ja esitetään yhdessä Energiasta Käsin työpajan osallistujien kanssa. Työpajojen lähtökohtana on Chol Q'ij kalenterin päivän energioiden innoittamat harjoitukset, joista luomme yhtenäisen esityksen.

The work explores light and shadow, allowing movement and knowledge emerging from the shadows to guide the process. Shadow Guide is devised and performed together with the participants of the Energiasta Käsin workshops. The workshops are based on exercises inspired by the energies of the day accordingto the Chol Q'ij calendar, which we bring together to create a cohesive performance.
